सुरूपं पत्रमालक्ष्य सुपर्णोऽयं भवत्विति ॥२१॥

Then, all beings, astonished, said to him (Garuḍa) at that time, "Having seen this beautiful feather, let him be known as Suparṇa (beautiful-winged)!"
