महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-171, verse-5

अश्रौषमहमूरुस्थो गर्भशय्यागतस्तदा ।
आरावं मातृवर्गस्य भृगूणां क्षत्रियैर्वधे ॥५॥
5. aśrauṣamahamūrustho garbhaśayyāgatastadā ,
ārāvaṁ mātṛvargasya bhṛgūṇāṁ kṣatriyairvadhe.

5. Indeed, while I was still in the womb (garbhaśayyāgata), situated on my mother's lap (ūrustha), I then heard the cries of my maternal relatives (mātṛvarga) due to the slaughter (vadha) of the Bhṛgus by the Kṣatriyas.
