तं च पापं न जानीमो यदि दग्धः पुरोचनः ।
कथं नु विप्रमुच्येम भयादस्मादलक्षिताः ॥२१॥

21. taṁ ca pāpaṁ na jānīmo yadi dagdhaḥ purocanaḥ ,
kathaṁ nu vipramucyema bhayādasmādalakṣitāḥ.

katham nu vipramucyema bhayāt asmāt alakṣitāḥ

21. We do not even know if Purocana was indeed burnt, and thus whether we are guilty of that sin. How then can we, unnoticed, be completely freed from this fear?
