महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-137, verse-9

ततस्ते प्रेषयामासुर्धृतराष्ट्रस्य नागराः ।
पाण्डवानग्निना दग्धानमात्यं च पुरोचनम् ॥९॥
9. tataste preṣayāmāsurdhṛtarāṣṭrasya nāgarāḥ ,
pāṇḍavānagninā dagdhānamātyaṁ ca purocanam.
9. tataḥ te preṣayām āsuḥ dhṛtarāṣṭrasya nāgarāḥ
pāṇḍavān agninā dagdhān amātyam ca purocanam
9. Then, the citizens sent a message to Dhṛtarāṣṭra reporting that the Pāṇḍavas had been burnt by fire, along with minister Purocana.
