श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
अथेत्युक्तवती पृष्टा सा मया कल्पितासना ।
संकल्पितासनस्थेन स्थितेन नभसि स्थिता ॥ १ ॥

athetyuktavatī pṛṣṭā sā mayā kalpitāsanā ,
saṃkalpitāsanasthena sthitena nabhasi sthitā 1

1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Then, when I, situated in the sky and seated on a mentally conceived seat, questioned her after she had spoken thus and for whom a seat had been mentally prepared, she remained there.
