स्थावरं जंगमं चैव सूक्ष्ममादाय जायते ॥ १५ ॥

Devoid of intellect and other faculties, the throbbing consciousness (spandasaṃvit), like wind, arises by encompassing the subtle essence of both immobile and mobile existence.
