योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-114, verse-16

तदा पृथगिवाभासं संकल्पकलनामयम् ।
मनो भवति विश्वात्मा भावयन्स्वाकृतिं स्वयम् ॥ १६ ॥
tadā pṛthagivābhāsaṃ saṃkalpakalanāmayam ,
mano bhavati viśvātmā bhāvayansvākṛtiṃ svayam 16
16. tadā pṛthak iva ābhāsam saṅkalpa-kalana-mayam
manaḥ bhavati viśva-ātmā bhāvayan sva-ākṛtim svayam
16. tadā manaḥ saṅkalpa-kalana-mayam pṛthak iva ābhāsam
viśva-ātmā svayam sva-ākṛtim bhāvayan bhavati
16. Then, the mind (manas) becomes the universal Self (ātman), appearing as if distinct, composed of ideations and mental constructions, while manifesting its own form by itself.
