विबुधा ऊचुः ।
किमेतद्भगवन्दैत्या विरुद्धा ये सदैव ते ।
ते हि तन्मयतां याता मायेयमिति भाव्यते ॥ २५ ॥

kimetadbhagavandaityā viruddhā ye sadaiva te ,

vibudhāḥ ūcuḥ kim etat bhagavan daityāḥ viruddhāḥ ye sadā

vibudhāḥ ūcuḥ bhagavan etat kim? ye daityāḥ sadā eva viruddhāḥ (āsan),

The gods said: "O Lord, what is this phenomenon? These demons, who were always opposed to You, have now attained complete identification with You. This indeed appears to be an act of divine illusion (māyā)."
