यो यो यादृग्गुणो जन्तुः स तामेवैति संस्थितिम् ।
सदृशेष्वप्यजेषु श्वा न मध्ये रमते क्वचित् ॥ २९ ॥

29. Whatever qualities a living being (jantu) possesses, that very being attains a corresponding state or condition. Even among outwardly similar goats, a dog never delights in their midst.
