Just as those who are masters of their own body-city (sva-śarīra-purī-īśvara) and whose minds are self-controlled (svādhīna-manas) [are truly happy], so too is the one whose sense-servants (indriya-bhṛtya) are subjugated (ākrānta) and whose enemy-mind (mano-ripu) is well-captured (sugṛhīta).
