अप्यब्धिपानान्महतः सुमेरून्मूलनादपि ।
अपि वह्न्यशनात्साधो विषमश्चित्तनिग्रहः ॥ २४ ॥

24. O virtuous one, controlling the mind (cittanigrahaḥ) is more formidable even than drinking the great ocean, uprooting Mount Sumeru, or consuming fire.

24. הוֹ אדם אציל, ריסון החשיבה קשה ומורכב עוד יותר מאשר שתיית האוקיינוס כולו, תלישת הר סוּמֵרוּ ממקומו, או אכילת אש לוהטת.
