योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-16, verse-24

अप्यब्धिपानान्महतः सुमेरून्मूलनादपि ।
अपि वह्न्यशनात्साधो विषमश्चित्तनिग्रहः ॥ २४ ॥

api vahnyaśanātsādho viṣamaścittanigrahaḥ 24

api vahnyaśanāt sādho viṣamaḥ cittanigrahaḥ
24. O virtuous one, controlling the mind (cittanigrahaḥ) is more formidable even than drinking the great ocean, uprooting Mount Sumeru, or consuming fire.
