एतदाचक्ष्व मे सर्वं विस्तरेण तपोधन ।
श्रोतुमिच्छामि चरितं भूरिद्रविणतेजसाम् ।
कथ्यमानं त्वया विप्र परं कौतूहलं हि मे ॥७॥

7.
O ascetic (tapodhana), please tell me all of this in detail. I desire to hear the story of those who possessed immense wealth and splendor. Indeed, O Brahmin, my curiosity (kautūhala) is great when it is being narrated by you.
