रामोपाख्यान       rāmopākhyāna - chapter-1, verse-6

कथं च राजपुत्री सा प्रवरा सर्वयोषिताम् ।
पतिव्रता महाभागा सततं सत्यवादिनी ।
वनवासमदुःखार्हा दारुणं प्रत्यपद्यत ॥६॥
6. kathaṁ ca rājaputrī sā pravarā sarvayoṣitām ,
pativratā mahābhāgā satataṁ satyavādinī ,
vanavāsamaduḥkhārhā dāruṇaṁ pratyapadyata.

6. And how did that princess, who was supreme among all women, constantly devoted to her husband, highly fortunate, and always truthful, she who was undeserving of suffering, come to endure such a dreadful forest exile?
