राक्षसो यक्षसृष्टेन तोरणेन समाहतः ।
न क्षितिं प्रययौ राम वरात् सलिलयोनिनः ॥२३॥

Then, O Rāma, after uprooting the archway, the demon (Daśagrīva) was struck by that yakṣa (Sūryabhānu). Although hit by the archway created by the (yakṣa), he did not fall to the ground, due to a boon from Brahmā, whose origin is water.
