वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-13, verse-3

अब्रवीच्च तदा रामं वाक्यं तत्र विभीषणः ।
धर्मयुक्तं च युक्तं च साम्प्रतं संप्रहर्षणम् ॥३॥
3. abravīcca tadā rāmaṃ vākyaṃ tatra vibhīṣaṇaḥ ,
dharmayuktaṃ ca yuktaṃ ca sāmprataṃ saṃpraharṣaṇam.

dharma-yuktam ca yuktam ca sāmpratam saṃpraharṣaṇam

3. And there, Vibhīṣaṇa then addressed Rāma with words that were full of righteousness (dharma), appropriate, and presently delightful.
