वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-15, verse-31

प्रहर्षमतुलं लेभे मारुतिः प्रेक्ष्य मैथिलीम् ।
हर्षजानि च सो ऽश्रूणि तां दृष्ट्वा मदिरेक्षणाम् ।
मुमोच हनुमांस्तत्र नमश्चक्रे च राघवम् ॥३१॥
31. praharṣamatulaṃ lebhe mārutiḥ prekṣya maithilīm ,
harṣajāni ca so'śrūṇi tāṃ dṛṣṭvā madirekṣaṇām ,
mumoca hanumāṃstatra namaścakre ca rāghavam.

31. Upon seeing Maithilī (Sita), Māruti (Hanuman) experienced unparalleled joy. Seeing her, whose eyes were captivating, he shed tears born of delight. There, Hanuman wept and bowed to Rāghava (Rama).
