वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-4, chapter-26, verse-11

न ह्यव्यवसितः शत्रुं राक्षसं तं विशेषतः ।
समर्थस्त्वं रणे हन्तुं विक्रमैर्जिह्मकारिणम् ॥११॥
11. na hyavyavasitaḥ śatruṃ rākṣasaṃ taṃ viśeṣataḥ ,
samarthastvaṃ raṇe hantuṃ vikramairjihmakāriṇam.
11. na hi avyavasitaḥ śatrum rākṣasam tam viśeṣataḥ
samarthaḥ tvam raṇe hantum vikramaiḥ jihmakāriṇam
11. hi na avyavasitaḥ samarthaḥ hantum śatrum tam rākṣasam
jihmakāriṇam viśeṣataḥ raṇe vikramaiḥ tvam samarthaḥ
11. For an irresolute person is surely not capable of killing that demon enemy, especially that deceitful one, in battle with (his) valor. You are capable.
