वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-18, verse-1

तां तथा पतितां दृष्ट्वा विरूपां शोणितोक्षिताम् ।
भगिनीं क्रोधसंतप्तः खरः पप्रच्छ राक्षसः ॥१॥
1. tāṃ tathā patitāṃ dṛṣṭvā virūpāṃ śoṇitokṣitām ,
bhaginīṃ krodhasaṃtaptaḥ kharaḥ papraccha rākṣasaḥ.
