वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-96, verse-28

किमेष वाक्यं भरतो ऽद्य राघवं प्रणम्य सत्कृत्य च साधु वक्ष्यति ।
इतीव तस्यार्यजनस्य तत्त्वतो बभूव कौतूहलमुत्तमं तदा ॥२८॥
28. kimeṣa vākyaṃ bharato'dya rāghavaṃ praṇamya satkṛtya ca sādhu vakṣyati ,
itīva tasyāryajanasya tattvato babhūva kautūhalamuttamaṃ tadā.
28. kim eṣaḥ vākyam bharataḥ adya rāghavam praṇamya satkṛtya ca sādhu vakṣyati ।
iti iva tasya ārya-janasya tattvataḥ babhūva kautūhalam uttamam tadā
28. kim eṣaḥ bharataḥ adya rāghavam
praṇamya ca satkṛtya sādhu vākyam vakṣyati
iti iva tadā tasya ārya-janasya
tattvataḥ uttamam kautūhalam babhūva
28. "What words will this Bharata speak well to Rama today, after bowing and honoring him?" Thus, a truly great curiosity arose among that noble assembly at that time.
