वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-96, verse-25

पुरोहितस्याग्निसमस्य तस्य वै बृहस्पतेरिन्द्र इवामराधिपः ।
प्रगृह्य पादौ सुसमृद्धतेजसः सहैव तेनोपविवेश राघवः ॥२५॥
25. purohitasyāgnisamasya tasya vai bṛhaspaterindra ivāmarādhipaḥ ,
pragṛhya pādau susamṛddhatejasaḥ sahaiva tenopaviveśa rāghavaḥ.
25. purohitasya agni-samasya tasya vai
bṛhaspateḥ indraḥ iva amara-adhipaḥ
pragṛhya pādau su-samṛddha-tejasaḥ
saha-eva tena upaviveśa rāghavaḥ
25. vai rāghavaḥ amara-adhipaḥ indraḥ
iva agni-samasya su-samṛddha-tejasaḥ
tasya purohitasya bṛhaspateḥ

25. Indeed, Rāghava, like Indra, the lord of the immortals (amarādhipa), [approaching] that priest (purohita) who was radiant as fire and possessed of exceedingly splendid brilliance, grasped the feet of Vasiṣṭha and sat down alongside him.
