मृत्युप्रशमनार्थं च मन्त्रं त्रयम्बकं जपेत् ।
प्रार्थयेच्च ततो देवमभिषेकार्थमादरात् ॥१५॥

And for the purpose of alleviating death (mṛtyu) or danger of death, one should chant the Trayambaka mantra. Thereafter, one should respectfully pray to the deity for the consecration (abhiṣeka).
