Now I (ahaṃ) will explain the characteristics of the five Mahāpuruṣa (great person) Yogas, which are formed when Mars (kuja) and other planets (Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn) are strong (balibhiḥ), situated in their own signs or exaltation signs, and located in angular houses (kendra).
