मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-89, verse-2

भूयश्चेच्छाम्यहं श्रोतुं रक्तबीजे निपातिते ।
चका शुम्भो यत्कर्म निशुम्भश्चातिकोपनः ॥२॥
2. bhūyaścecchāmyahaṃ śrotuṃ raktabīje nipātite .
cakā śumbho yatkarma niśumbhaścātikopanaḥ.
2. bhūyaḥ ca icchāmi aham śrotum raktabīje nipātite
cakāra śumbhaḥ yat karma niśumbhaḥ ca atikopanaḥ
2. "And again, I wish to hear what actions Śumbha and the exceedingly wrathful Niśumbha performed after Raktabīja was slain."
