मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-54, verse-32

तेषु नक्षत्रविन्यासाद्विषयाः समवस्थिताः ।
चतुर्ष्वपि द्विजश्रेष्ठ ग्रहाभिभवपाठकाः ॥३२॥
32. teṣu nakṣatravinyāsādviṣayāḥ samavasthitāḥ .
caturṣvapi dvijaśreṣṭha grahābhibhavapāṭhakāḥ.
32. teṣu nakṣatravinyāsāt viṣayāḥ samavasthitāḥ |
caturṣu api dvijaśreṣṭha grahābhibhavapāṭhakāḥ
32. In those [regions], the conditions (viṣayāḥ) are established (samavasthitāḥ) according to the stellar configurations (nakṣatravinyāsāt). O best among twice-born (dvijaśreṣṭha), even in these four (caturṣv api) [regions], there are those who understand the influence of planets (grahābhibhavapāṭhakāḥ).
