चतुर्ष्वपि द्विजश्रेष्ठ ग्रहाभिभवपाठकाः ॥३२॥

In those [regions], the conditions (viṣayāḥ) are established (samavasthitāḥ) according to the stellar configurations (nakṣatravinyāsāt). O best among twice-born (dvijaśreṣṭha), even in these four (caturṣv api) [regions], there are those who understand the influence of planets (grahābhibhavapāṭhakāḥ).
