मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-54, verse-21

विपुले च तथाश्वत्थः सुपार्श्वे च वटो महान् ।
एकादशशतायामा योजनानामिमे नगाः ॥२१॥
21. vipule ca tathāśvatthaḥ supārśve ca vaṭo mahān .
ekādaśaśatāyāmā yojanānāmime nagāḥ.
21. vipule ca tathā aśvatthaḥ supārśve ca vaṭaḥ
mahān ekādaśaśatāyāmāḥ yojanānām ime nagāḥ
21. And similarly, there is a vast aśvattha tree (aśvattha) and a great banyan tree (vaṭa) on Supārśva. These trees (naga) are eleven hundred yojanas in length.
