That river (nadī), O best among twice-born (dvijaśārdūla), indeed (vai), after circumambulating (parikramya) Mount Meru and the base of the Jambu tree, then (punaḥ) enters [the ocean], being drunk by those (taiḥ) people (janaiḥ).
