मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-41, verse-6

व्यस्ते विधूमे व्यङ्गारे सर्वस्मिन् भुक्तवज्जने ।
अटेत योगविद् भैक्ष्यं न तु त्रिष्वेव नित्यशः ॥६॥
