मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-115, verse-2

ततः शुश्राव निधनं यातान्भ्रातृपुरोहितान् ।
मन्त्रिणं च तथा भ्रातुर्दग्धं तं विश्ववेदिनम् ॥२॥
2. tataḥ śuśrāva nidhanaṃ yātānbhrātṛpurohitān .
mantriṇaṃ ca tathā bhrāturdagdhaṃ taṃ viśvavedinam.

mantriṇam ca tathā bhrātuḥ dagdham tam viśvavedinam
2. Then he heard about the demise of his brothers and priests who had perished. Similarly, he learned that his brother's all-knowing minister had been burnt.
