महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-177, verse-19

यदि भीष्मो रणश्लाघी न करिष्यति मे वचः ।
हनिष्याम्येनमुद्रिक्तमिति मे निश्चिता मतिः ॥१९॥
19. yadi bhīṣmo raṇaślāghī na kariṣyati me vacaḥ ,
haniṣyāmyenamudriktamiti me niścitā matiḥ.

haniṣyāmi enam udriktam iti me niścitā matiḥ
19. yadi raṇaślāghī bhīṣmaḥ me vacaḥ na kariṣyati,
enam udriktam (aham) haniṣyāmi.

19. If Bhishma, who takes pride in battle, does not heed my words, I will kill him when he becomes arrogant. This is my firm resolve.
