महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-17, verse-16

एवं भ्रष्टो दुरात्मा स देवराज्यादरिंदम ।
दिष्ट्या वर्धामहे शक्र हतो ब्राह्मणकण्टकः ॥१६॥
16. evaṁ bhraṣṭo durātmā sa devarājyādariṁdama ,
diṣṭyā vardhāmahe śakra hato brāhmaṇakaṇṭakaḥ.
16. evam bhraṣṭaḥ durātmā sa devarājyāt ariṃdama
diṣṭyā vardhāmahe śakra hataḥ brāhmaṇakaṇṭakaḥ
16. Thus, that wicked soul (durātman) was expelled from the divine kingdom, O subduer of enemies (ariṃdama). Fortunately, O Śakra, we rejoice, for the tormentor of the brahmins has been killed.
