महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-13, verse-22

यदि दत्तं यदि हुतं गुरवस्तोषिता यदि ।
एकभर्तृत्वमेवास्तु सत्यं यद्यस्ति वा मयि ॥२२॥
22. yadi dattaṁ yadi hutaṁ guravastoṣitā yadi ,
ekabhartṛtvamevāstu satyaṁ yadyasti vā mayi.
22. yadi dattam yadi hutam guravaḥ toṣitāḥ yadi
ekabhartṛtvam eva astu satyam yadi asti vā mayi
22. If any gift (dāna) has been given, if any offering has been made (in the sacred fire), if elders and teachers (guru) have been pleased; and if truth (satya) truly exists in me, then let my state of having only one husband continue.
