महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-13, verse-2

एवमुक्ता तु सा देवी नहुषेण पतिव्रता ।
प्रावेपत भयोद्विग्ना प्रवाते कदली यथा ॥२॥
2. evamuktā tu sā devī nahuṣeṇa pativratā ,
prāvepata bhayodvignā pravāte kadalī yathā.
2. evam uktā tu sā devī nahuṣeṇa pativratā pra
avepata bhaya udvignā pravāte kadalī yathā
2. But that goddess, who was devoted to her husband (pativratā), having been addressed thus by Nahuṣa, trembled violently, agitated by fear, just like a banana plant in a strong wind.
