महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-113, verse-7

न च शक्तोऽस्मि ते कर्तुं मोघमागमनं खग ।
न चाशामस्य विप्रर्षेर्वितथां कर्तुमुत्सहे ॥७॥
7. na ca śakto'smi te kartuṁ moghamāgamanaṁ khaga ,
na cāśāmasya viprarṣervitathāṁ kartumutsahe.
7. na ca śaktaḥ asmi te kartum mogham āgamanam khaga
na ca āśām asya viprarṣeḥ vitathām kartum utsahe
7. O bird, I am not able to make your arrival in vain. And I also cannot bear to make this Brahmin sage's hope futile.
