महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-112, verse-17

प्रतिगृह्य नरव्याघ्र त्वत्तो भिक्षां गतव्यथः ।
कृत्वापवर्गं गुरवे चरिष्यति महत्तपः ॥१७॥
17. pratigṛhya naravyāghra tvatto bhikṣāṁ gatavyathaḥ ,
kṛtvāpavargaṁ gurave cariṣyati mahattapaḥ.

kṛtvā apavargam gurave cariṣyati mahat tapas
17. O tiger among men, having received alms from you and thus being freed from his suffering, he will perform great asceticism (tapas) after fulfilling his obligation to his teacher (guru).
