निहत्य नागं तु शरेण तेन वज्रोपमेनाद्रिवराम्बुदाभम् ।

12. And having killed the elephant (nāga) with that arrow, which was like a thunderbolt, and which resembled a great mountain cloud, Partha (Arjuna) then pierced Duryodhana in the chest with an arrow of the very same kind.
