19.
Indeed, when a person who was previously wronged by deceit, having realized that the enmity (vairam) against him has become potent (mahāguṇam), flourishing, and fruitful, then eradicates it through his valor (pauruṣa), only then does that hero truly live in the world of living beings (jīvaloka).
