यदा तु विषमीभावमाचरन्ति चराचराः ।

tadā dehī dehamanyaṁ vyatirohati kālataḥ.

9. But when all moving and unmoving beings (carācara) fall into disequilibrium, then the embodied soul (dehī) enters another body due to the influence of time.
