महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-130, verse-3

एषा सरस्वती पुण्या दिव्या चोघवती नदी ।
एतद्विनशनं नाम सरस्वत्या विशां पते ॥३॥
3. eṣā sarasvatī puṇyā divyā coghavatī nadī ,
etadvinaśanaṁ nāma sarasvatyā viśāṁ pate.
