महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-1, verse-35

निवर्ततागता दूरं समागमनशापिताः ।
स्वजने न्यासभूते मे कार्या स्नेहान्विता मतिः ॥३५॥
35. nivartatāgatā dūraṁ samāgamanaśāpitāḥ ,
svajane nyāsabhūte me kāryā snehānvitā matiḥ.
35. nivartatām āgatāḥ dūram samāgamanaśāpitāḥ
svajane nyāsabhūte me kāryā snehanvitā matiḥ
35. Let those who have come from afar, as if cursed by their assembly here, return. My intention (mati) towards my own people (svajana), who are like a sacred trust, should be filled with affection.
