महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-14, verse-9

कृष्णे नयो मयि बलं जयः पार्थे धनंजये ।
मागधं साधयिष्यामो वयं त्रय इवाग्नयः ॥९॥
9. kṛṣṇe nayo mayi balaṁ jayaḥ pārthe dhanaṁjaye ,
māgadhaṁ sādhayiṣyāmo vayaṁ traya ivāgnayaḥ.
9. kṛṣṇe nayaḥ mayi balam jayaḥ pārthe dhanaṃjaye
māgadham sādhayiṣyāmaḥ vayam trayaḥ iva agnayaḥ
9. Krishna (Kṛṣṇa) possesses the strategy, I have the strength, and victory belongs to Partha (Pārtha), Dhananjaya. We three, like the (three) sacred fires, will subdue the Magadhan king (Māgadha).
