महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-1, verse-4

मय उवाच ।
युक्तमेतत्त्वयि विभो यथात्थ पुरुषर्षभ ।
प्रीतिपूर्वमहं किंचित्कर्तुमिच्छामि भारत ॥४॥
4. maya uvāca ,
yuktametattvayi vibho yathāttha puruṣarṣabha ,
prītipūrvamahaṁ kiṁcitkartumicchāmi bhārata.
4. mayaḥ uvāca yuktam etat tvayi vibho yathā āttha
puruṣarṣabha prītipūrvam aham kiṃcit kartum icchāmi bhārata
4. Maya said: "O mighty one (vibho), O best among men (puruṣarṣabha), what you say is indeed proper for you. Nevertheless, O Bhārata (Arjuna), I wish to do something for you out of affection."
