महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-7, verse-4

व्यायामश्चायमत्यर्थं कृतस्त्वामभियाचता ।
ततो ग्लानमनास्तात नष्टसंज्ञ इवाभवम् ॥४॥
4. vyāyāmaścāyamatyarthaṁ kṛtastvāmabhiyācatā ,
tato glānamanāstāta naṣṭasaṁjña ivābhavam.
4. vyāyāmaḥ ca ayam atyartham kṛtaḥ tvām abhiyācatā
tataḥ glānamanāḥ tāta naṣṭasaṃjñaḥ iva abhavam
4. ca ayam atyartham vyāyāmaḥ tvām abhiyācatā kṛtaḥ
tataḥ tāta glānamanāḥ naṣṭasaṃjñaḥ iva abhavam
4. And this great exertion was made by me while entreating you. Therefore, O dear one, I became weary in mind, as if having lost consciousness.
