महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-40, verse-17

धृतराष्ट्रस्य च तदा दिव्यं चक्षुर्नराधिप ।
मुनिः सत्यवतीपुत्रः प्रीतः प्रादात्तपोबलात् ॥१७॥
17. dhṛtarāṣṭrasya ca tadā divyaṁ cakṣurnarādhipa ,
muniḥ satyavatīputraḥ prītaḥ prādāttapobalāt.

17. And then, O king, the sage, son of Satyavatī (Vyāsa), being pleased, bestowed divine sight upon Dhṛtarāṣṭra through the power of his asceticism (tapas).
