Having formally and affectionately met that best among the Kurus (Arjuna) and honored him, O best among the Bharatas, with supreme reverence, the two (Ugrasena and Vasudeva) then remained there. Subsequently, having been permitted by them, he (Arjuna) departed to follow the horse.
