महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-64, verse-2

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
श्रुत्वा तु वचनं तेषां ब्राह्मणानां युधिष्ठिरः ।
गिरीशस्य यथान्यायमुपहारमुपाहरत् ॥२॥
2. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
śrutvā tu vacanaṁ teṣāṁ brāhmaṇānāṁ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ,
girīśasya yathānyāyamupahāramupāharat.

2. Vaiśaṃpāyana said: "Having heard those words from the brahmins, Yudhiṣṭhira then presented an offering to Giriśa (Śiva) in accordance with proper procedure."
