महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-11, verse-16

आकाशे वृत्रभूते च शब्दे च विषये हृते ।
शतक्रतुरभिक्रुद्धस्तत्र वज्रमवासृजत् ॥१६॥
16. ākāśe vṛtrabhūte ca śabde ca viṣaye hṛte ,
śatakraturabhikruddhastatra vajramavāsṛjat.

16. When the sky itself became Vṛtra and the domain of sound was absorbed, Indra (śatakratuḥ), becoming greatly enraged, then hurled his thunderbolt.
