महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-64, verse-9

फलकामो यशस्कामः पुष्टिकामश्च नित्यदा ।
घृतं दद्याद्द्विजातिभ्यः पुरुषः शुचिरात्मवान् ॥९॥
9. phalakāmo yaśaskāmaḥ puṣṭikāmaśca nityadā ,
ghṛtaṁ dadyāddvijātibhyaḥ puruṣaḥ śucirātmavān.
