महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-70, verse-20

शूद्रा भैक्षेण जीवन्ति ब्राह्मणाः परिचर्यया ।
योगक्षेमस्य नाशश्च वर्तते वर्णसंकरः ॥२०॥
20. śūdrā bhaikṣeṇa jīvanti brāhmaṇāḥ paricaryayā ,
yogakṣemasya nāśaśca vartate varṇasaṁkaraḥ.
