भावात्मकं संपरिवर्तमानं न मादृशः संज्वरं जातु कुर्यात् ।

One like me should never experience anguish over that which is by its very nature constantly changing. One should neither become attached to desired enjoyments or happiness, nor should one dwell on sorrow when it arrives.
