महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-113, verse-19

राज्यं तिष्ठति दक्षस्य संगृहीतेन्द्रियस्य च ।
गुप्तमन्त्रश्रुतवतः सुसहायस्य चानघ ॥१९॥
19. rājyaṁ tiṣṭhati dakṣasya saṁgṛhītendriyasya ca ,

19. O sinless one (anagha), a kingdom (rājya) endures for one who is skillful, whose senses are well-controlled, who is privy to confidential counsel, and who has capable assistants.
